1 You must have Cydia installed.
2 Cydia-”Manage”-”Source”, Add “http://app.weiphone.com/cydia”
3 “Section”-”Weiphone”, find “2.2??Mobileinstallation”, install it.
That’s all, you can download the .ipa files, and double click the .ipa files put into iTunes, just like buy from appstore, you can use them.

Yes, the .ipa is so useful and important, thanks for your share
